CATEGORY CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
ALL BUSINESS UNITS – LAGOS
The successful candidate is required to:
Identify category opportunities to maximise growth and potential by channel.
Identify key growth drivers by channel and develop strategies across Assortment, Merchandising and promotion.
Manage the annual and quarterly customer marketing process.
Develop quarterly and monthly priorities by channel, communicate and track effectiveness.
Post-evaluate all key events to improve ROI.
Review effectiveness of channel RTM and make recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
Develop channel specific NP solutions and plans.
Make input to category S&OP volume planning.
Demonstrate with colleagues, clients and suppliers habitual behaviours consistent with winning team principles.
The successful candidate must:
Possess a University degree with a minimum of eight to ten (8–10) years work experience in an FMCG organisation.
Be able to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
Possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
